Koomz is a collective of creatives bound by our love for art and our individual artistic expressions.
We are young creatives ranging from visual artists to musical artists who want to push and change the aesthetics of things in music, video, fashion, and art
We believe anyone can be a fashion designer if they choose to collaborate with the people they are designing, developing, or planning for. This is where we come in, we create an opportunity for interesting everyday creatives to work with a design team to create a collection tailored to their individual clothing style.
We are not a clothing label in the traditional sense, we collaborate with creatives who do not necessarily need to have a huge social media presence to create a clothing collection that resonates with our audience and reflects the individual style of the creative. The creatives are fully involved in the design process and upon sales, they get to earn a percentage of the amount made on sales.
Our Story
When you tell people, you are a designer, their thoughts immediately go to visual forms of design like logos, colors, and typefaces, but design is so much more than that. Design is not just about making things look “nice”, it is artistic and it’s functional. A designer is a problem solver with a humanistic sense. Sometimes approaching design in a conventional, old-fashioned way withholds your creative expression and does not allow room for change. We want to change the way design is approached, we want to challenge the norms in the business and make room for evolution as a collective and as individual artists.
Our goal as a collective has always been to approach things differently, work differently, design differently, and market our designs dfferently.The goal is to create a brand that becomes more widespread, challenges the status quo, develops its own rules and its subculture.
We want to build a close-knit community with our customers, where we can use fashion, film, and video content to continue to tell our stories as young entrepreneurs. A brand that is the pinnacle for successful young people.
